Our stay was mediocre. The visit started off with the toilet in our room being broken. It didn’t flush. We were switched to a different room where many of the outlets did not work, lamps didn’t turn on and room phone didn’t work. We asked that housekeeping only change out the towels and take out the trash but they failed to do so during the entire stay. The room did have a safe which initially would not open, although maintenance fixed it the next morning. Toilet paper dispenser appeared to be falling off the wall, and the toilet paper roll fell whenever the bathroom was used. Although they were small things, we expected much more from the hotel with a 4.5 rating.

It was a nice stay. There was a soccer convention which seeing all the families was great. W had a good night's rest. We are breakfast people. Our breakfast did not get made and it was not delivered. We had to cancel. When we cancelled it, it was before 7am, and the person hadn't picked up their orders to make and deliver. It was only mine and one other. So we had to go and find somewhere to eat.

Our goal is to provide a great experience with a small a cost as possible, as such our rooms are designed with a minimalist style involved. I'm sorry you found the number of drawers available to be insufficient and hope you find accommodations more in line with your desires in the future.
