We booked a room with a king bed and a pullout couch for our two small children. When we opened it at 10:30pm there was a hypodermic needle in it. No extra blankets in the closet and one of the pillowcases on the bed had some crusty green stain on it, so we had to all squeeze into one bed. Just horrible for the price

The staff was rude. They put me in the wrong room. They lied about not even having double rooms. When in fact they actually do. Still charged me for a double premium. They did offer a dinner at their crappy restaurant though.

The hotel is very beautiful from the outside and also in the lobby. The front desk customer service was ok. The young person that checked us in was laughing with a co-worker and was sucking an a lollipop when we walked up. Our room was on the second floor. The room was outdated. The bathroom had a bit of mold and the shower faucet was hanging off the wall. When i was un packing and putting my shoes in the closet there was someone's underwear in the corner. How disgusting!! The beds are very uncomfortable and felt like i was sleeping on a cardboard as well as the pillows. Our stay here was mediocre at best and will not be staying here in the future.
