STAFF WERE SO FRIENDLY! THE ROOM/SUITE WOULD HAVE BEEN PERFECT TO HAVE GRANDCHILDREN WITH US AND WE WILL COME BACK.

The software friendly and welcoming. Our room on 8th floor could be updated slightly but the linens were great.

The location was great for my trip. The parking was an issue however, I understand downtown and parking in any major city would be an issue. I believe parking vouchers would be nice. Also, my room was clean and neat but I noticed the shower had mold all around the base. A little spray of clorox would take care of that.

This hotel was. Wry nice and clean. Suite was spacious for my family! Sad that the hot tub was closed and pool was freezing cold. Parking too pricey. Other than that a very nice place to stay!

Parking lot was dirty and dark. Plus you charge $33 a day and claim absolutely no responsibility.
