I was VERY disappointed to learn the hotels room key system was down and I would not be able to get a key to my room. The ONE person at the front desk had to let each customer in their room. I thought it was unacceptable that someone didn't notify me of this issue before it became too late to book another hotel. Then after talking with the person at the front desk I learned the system had been down for 2 weeks!!!! Why wasn't I notified of this at time of booking?

Very Respectful and Work Environment has an Enormous amount of Joyful energy. Very clean and Set up is Amazing. My wife was Pleased and wants to go back next weekend Lol.

Mary at the front desk was super nice and friendly. What I didnt like is that there were no bottled waters in the room, also that there were only 3 towels, and my room.was reserved for 2 adults and 3 children.

Weekend with our Granddaughters

The hotel staff were very!! nice and accommodating! The free breakfast was very good! The only problem we had was with the two double beds! They were very small and uncomfortable!! We virtually got no rest because of the beds!! I think we should have gotten two queen size beds! The indoor pool was cold but the kids enjoyed it anyway!! The free breakfast was very good!
