That certainly isn't of protocol. I'm sorry that happened to you. So long as the credit card matches the guest name and can be run prior to the office closing, we will hold and use the reservation, having the room ready for late check-in.

hair in shower & bed linens,cigarette burns on bathroom sink tops,filthy under & on sink drain pipes(looked like hadn't been dusted in years),hard beds,door trim looked gnawed on & bathroom door was kicked in on bottom of door(big hole)

worst hotel ever

Pros: NOTHING!!!
Cons: Close it down
Location: Notmuch
room was out dated. No coffee maker. worst part power went out at 10pm, no employees, front desk closed 9pm-9am. Called their emergency number and they said it was reported. Never came back on. High pitch squeal from detector, no sleep, no hot water for shower, had to catch airplane at 7am. My wife is disabled and had to carry her down 3 flights of stairs, thank god there was no fire. In town suites could not care less. Travelocity needs to quit offering this hotel!!!!

Jon, Thank you very much for choosing to stay with us during your visit to Austin. I apologize for any and all inconveniences experienced during the power outage. The alarms were a result of not having any power for several hours. The power company worked diligently to get the service restored in the area after the storm passed. Again, thank you for staying with us and taking the time out to provide your feedback.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!

Pros: NOT ONE THING
Cons: TEAR IT DOWN AND REBUILD
THIS PLACE IS A DUMP. DO NOT STAY HERE. SO MANY BUGS!!!!!! ON WALLS, IN BATHTUB, ON COUNTERS, IN BED. I WOULDN'T STAY HERE IF SOMEONE PAID ME. We slept in our car. And I don't think they are going to refund my money.

Inexpensive, but you get what you pay for...

Pros: Cold AC, lack of cigarette odor in room
Cons: cleanliness, front desk staff availability.
One person, for overnight. Not looking for a fancy hotel, just some AC, bed, and shower. Mostly clean, but there was something on one of the countertops that looked like some raw hamburger; very weird. Other than that, the room was clean, with no cigarette odor or other distractions. A couple of people were walking in the hotel on their phones, but it was quiet, and I wasn't distracted. They did have internet, but was relatively slow. AC worked really well, but the lack of blanket meant that it had to be turned down in the middle of the night, and I put on clothes to stay warm enough. The front desk is only staffed from 9a to 9p; they have a number for you to call during off hours, which I guess is supported by one of the extended stay people. Because I didn't book until 9:30, he didn't have my information, and just gave me a room. Would I stay again? Not sure. Wasn't really bad, just not what I expected, especially compared to other nearby locations at a similar (or cheaper) price point.

Not sure how this has 4.5 stars on average

The room I had was just recently painted, so it smelled of paint fumes and smoke (non-smoking room). There were dried paint drips on the furniture and floor and spatters all over the bathroom hardware (looked like dust), the bedding had many holes, the towels had large stains and the mirror behind the bathroom door had obviously not been cleaned in awhile (looked like a kid smeared greasy food all over the bottom). The outside of the hotel looks nice enough, but it definitely was deceiving. Will not stay here again even for the price.
