Excellent property. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel room was always cleaned well. Located within walking distance to good bars and dinning.

When we arrived I had upgraded to a corner room which I paid extra for. I also requested to be on a higher floor. The room I got was on the ninth floor of 34 which I was OK with until we arrived and looked out at the construction site next to our room. When I asked to be changed to another room I was charged extra to stay in a room without the cacophony of sound that we could hear through the windows. Thankfully we did change as they were working on Saturday as well. I thought it would’ve been a nice gesture and the right thing to do to just switch us for free since I already paid for an upgrade. Other than that the staff were all helpful and nice, the place was clean and centrally located.

Checked in and all was well- impressed. BUT when I was unpacking I discovered a water bottle left behind by the previous people in the room- it was next to the bed by the nightstand which you would have to see if you changed the sheets. This made me uncomfortable and question the cleanliness of the property especially during a time where cleanliness is so important because of COVID concerns
