Pros: Great Location; Very trendy/lively bar in the lobby. Cons: Everything else. First off, this hotel provides a valuable lesson about booking from Travelocity. In order to park at the hotel, you also have to make a separate reservation for a parking spot, which wasn't noted or offered when i made the reservation. So i got an email the day before check-in with a notice that i would need to get a parking reservation separately, and after spending 20 minutes on the line with Marriott, I was told that they were already fully reserved. So at $535 per night, there was not parking available - not that it wasn't included - it wasn't available at all. I mentioned to the front desk person that they need to have a way to let customers know ahead of time, and she indignantly told me it that it is clear when i booked online. I told her that it wasn't noted when I booked this on Travelocity - her response was classic Marriott Customer Service 101 in that "The customer is always wrong" by telling me that they recommended that people NOT use third party reservation groups (did you hear that Travelocity) and only book directly with Marriott. The recommended alternatives didn't work, so i had to move my car multiple times in the 36 hours we were at the hotel. Complete disaster and condescending front desk "service". Beyond that - it's a very trendy and active bar in the lobby of the hotel. In reality that's what this hotel is - a campus bar with a budget hotel on top of it.

Everything was unique about the property. From walking in and checking in at the bar and receiving 2 poker chips to redeem 2 free drinks, to the lobby being a hangout spot with games on the outside. Was honestly way better than expected! They gym is also really nice and has nice and new equipment! Also a restaurant in the lobby that's open 24/7 !!! Food was great also
