Room smells awful, sprayed some spray to Cover a smell between smelly feet and mold. Bathtub is grungy. Tile floor in bathroom is nasty. Hearing banging and screaming from next door room. Complete disappointment.

Ok Buffet for breakfast. Main complaint was that room 323 had stopped up sink! Plus I got charged $40 plus $340 dunno why. Then I get charged $374 plus $340 . My account is overdrawn. About to call them. Bank could careless

The property and staff were excellent. The only thing that I was disappointed with was the fact the indoor pool was not heated due to a part problem that had not been resolved. When I booked the hotel, I was told of the problem, but was also told it was scheduled to be fixed by the time I arrived. I had some very disappointed kids!
