There were so many cockroaches scattering everywhere. Every time we walked in the room I had to kill many of them. Netflix would not work no matter what I tried and staff didn’t know how to help. Fire alarm went off for more than 30 minutes early in the morning and made us miss our flight back home. Had to book a later flight. Totally unacceptable.

Generally a clean room, nicely furnished kitchen, frig, microwave, etc. (except one pillow under UV lights had large stain). Takes 3-10 tries to open door lock and they didn't seem to do anything after complaints (or can't). Old wash cloth between bed and bed stand. Large crack on shower wall, minor paint falling off in bathroom.

When we arrived at the hotel for the check in. They’ve been over selling the rooms and was in negative. So they moved us to another hotel in Austin. That was very disappointing because I chose the hotel because the restaurants in the area. So I loose money in the uber.
