IT WAS EXTREMELY NICE, STAFF EXCELLENT. QUIET AND CLEAN. ONLY PROBLEM WAS GETTING FROM THE DOCK TO THE INN. THEY HAVE FREE TRANSPORTATION BUT WE DID NOT KNOW WHERE THE PICK-UP POINT WAS AND THEIR PHONE NUMBER WAS IN OUT SUITCASE. EVENTUALLY FOUND THE RIGHT SPOT. THUMBS UP

The property looks great online. The hotel is extremely run down, the mattress is hard, the hot tub was drained and im suspect about the sheets and comforters being clean. The front dest attendant was wearing sun glasses on her head, had her shirt unbuttoned and wore a crop top. The shuttle service was great but i have to say its time to retire the old mini-van with holes on the seats, and dirty brown stains covering every seat. The floor was like i had walked in to an SVU scene. Its an awful first impression to get picked up from the port in a suspect mini van. Ive stayed at a Holiday Inn before and this was the worst. Ill be sticking to Marriots. We only picked this hotel because Catalina is so small and there wasn't many options. Next time we will stay at the Pavilions.. i really think its time to renovate. And the wood tray in room 321 has mold all over it but I saw you tried to cover it by putting the towels on top. But the shuttle drivers were great and we enjoyed riding with them all weekend.

It is a nice location and the shuttle service is very helpful. I was not aware there was a $75 pet fee, which was not listed on Travelocity.

The hotel van was great they ran early and late enough for us to enjoy the city and still use them. But the room was not clean and we can hear all the neighbors. Everything in the hotel was very dated as well.

I would have like to have the transportation there at the ferry waiting for us at the time we arrived 7:30am. They were later that expected therefore, we had to practically run to our hotel since we had an activity booked first thing that morning.

It was too pricey for what it was. It’s understandable to NOT have the jacuzzi and spa available during the pandemic but then it should not be listed as an amenity if it’s not available. Check-in at 4pm is too late and check-out at 11am is too early. There were not towels by the pool and didn’t become available til an hour after requested. The restaurant was convenient.
