Our stay at the Czar was very disappointing from the start. The internet pictures give you the impression that you're staying in a luxurious hotel in the heart of Lisbon which is incorrect. Very small bare room, only one hand/facial towel for 2 people, one change of towels and linens for 9 days, No connection with reception, extremely steep staircase, no elevator. Truly disappointing, except for the beautiful garden.
