We visited in the off season in October so everything was pretty quiet. Most of the staff was friendly and the hotel itself was clean and nice. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again if we were ever in Beaver Creek village again. The location is good with very accommodating parking garage a short walk away. Breakfast was good and had many options. The restaurant (Blue Moose Pizza) was also convenient and good.

Friendly staff, classy place, close to the slopes

The Hotel is beautiful and perfectly located for skiing, dining and right in the heart of the village. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, all so convenient. Nice ski rental shop on premise, along with skate rental for the rink, and great pizza too! Fancy dining 2 min walk to numerous options. Breakfast on premier delicious and a great way to start the day.

Mt retreat

Pros: It's character. Room was special - fireplace, walk in closet, luxurious bed and linens.
Cons: Nothing
Location: Beautiful setting. We sat at the fire pit at night watching the ice skaters and walked the flower filled streets.
Loved every minute of the stay at this gorgeous lodge/luxury hotel! Only bad thing - we only stayed one night.
