Hotel was clean , service limited. In a climate where temps can go over 100 degrees in summer, a bottle of water would have been nice. Looked for paper to jot somethings down , no little pad of paper or a writing impliment found. There was coffee at the front desk in the morning. Would give it a C .

Upon walking in to our room we noticed the carpet was wet from shampooing. They moved us to a new room upstairs, no discount no help moving bags just new keys. Housekeepers had laundry bins blocking the staircase super frustrating while carrying bags to move their laundry bin. Our new room had one towel and poor a/c quality. Hyatt place was $10 more next time I'll go there.

The Four Points by Sheraton is an excellent choice for lodging in Bakersfield. Very comfortable, and the staff were OUTSTANDING all around! Pool, Spa, patio rooms, beautiful landscaped property, and close to everything in Bakersfield! TOP NOTCH!!
