There was only 1 towel in the bathroom which we didn't use because the bathtub was dirty. There was a hole in a cabinet where a fridge was "supposed" to be. I asked about it and the lady at the desk said they only put them in their more upscale rooms. She also told I could have asked for more towels and someone to clean the bathroom but I told her I didn't expect to check into a room and "expect" to have to ask for these items.

We had no heat in room, maintenance fixed and it went off again. NO extra blankets. Only given 2 towels and 1 washcloth for 3 people, no others available. Room was dirty, floors sticky. Party going on next door all night that didn't care we wanted to sleep.

The room was infested with cockroaches. i killed over 20 in two nights that i was there. I spoke to person at front desk , they seemed not to care. I had to go through all my belongings because i was worried that i would bring roaches to my home. I had to schedule an exterminator to come and spray my home just in case some may have came with us. I would not recommend anyone to stay there unless you are ok in living with roaches in your personal home. I was Very disappointed that front desk thought it was not a big deal. I should send them a bill for the exterminator and see how much they care then !!!!!

The room was filthy, we had construction going on in the room next door at 9:30pm Only a few channels came on tv No volume control. Evening staff rude. Carpet so dirty, didn’t want my dog to lay on it! $50.00 pet fee!!!!! Really?!?!? Only good thing was the breakfast, very nice selection and looked clean and organized.

The staff are very nice but that the only great thing about the property. The area is sketchy. And no amenities, just a tv and a couple hotel toiletries. There was no trash bin and no tissue at all. The bed sheets had stains and cigarette burns. The floors were not cleaning and tiny baby roaches. I won't be coming here again. I wish the place was as nice as it's staff.
