The limited staff, workers (there is no service staff after 4 pm), try the hardest , but management , owners of the place, kept them pressured, are very nice. My experience this time around, I was going to stay three night, but canceled my last night, when management showed disrespect when, I was asking for xtra towels. The ones in the room one was dirty..That request , replacement came 4 hours later. The owners family live in the premises , and make the enviroment feel out of the realm of what a hotel is. Price is good, but I will not stay there again. Not worth my time, my business.

Drugs were found in our room and when we brought it to the attention of the checkout lady, all she said was that they were going to write up the cleaning lady. Then criticized us for not going to them immediately when it was found. We had just driven 5 hours to get to town, after working all day, we just wanted to go to bed. She did not accommodate anything.

The mattress on the bed was so hard and the pillows were beyond lumpy. Everything was old and outdated.

Beautiful roses and landscaping. The rooms are not very nice. There is also a woman there in a position of power who berates her staff loudly in front of everyone. It was very uncomfortable and we will never return there because of that woman. She was horrible!

I did not care for the area and feared a bit about vehicle and personal safety. Rooms were not clean, including visible stains on comforter. I will not stay at this hotel again.
