Unhelpful staff. Roaches in room. Nonsmoking room smelled like tobacco smoke. Dirty sheets.

Please listen to the previous reviews. Do NOT stay here. Nails were coming up out of the carpet, we woke up in the middle of the night to approximately 10 roaches in the bathroom. The mattress was disgusting underneath the sheets. No blow dryer. Jack hammers were loud by 8:00 am. We checked out a day early. This facility was very dirty and the hotel staff were not responsive at all!

Where do I start? What a dirty hotel. Disgusting facility. There are doing renovations but it would be best to just tear it down. They are just putting a bandage over the wound.

We arrived and staff was willing to let us do early check. First both elevators are out of service. It an an 8 story bldg. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Next we go to and immediately we have to go ask for another room, because the thru the wall AC unit is so loud (Rattling) you would never sleep. HOW CAN YOU GIVE A ROOM TO A CUSTOMER IN THAT CONDITION. We are given another room, but when we go to unpack the light in the vanity is so dim, you can't see to even brush your teeth. we go to the service desk, and are told that another customer also complained of that issue, but it is not fixed yet. HOW CAN YOU GIVE ROOMS LIKE THAT TO CUSTOMERS TILL THAT ISSUE IS FIXED. Anyway we leave to go to the Baltimore Inner Harbor and told the light would be fixed while we were gone. Well when we get back at 11:00 PM nothing is fixed, and on top of that we find we go to draw the blinds, that the curtains will not close all the way, because they are broken. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? That was it for me. We got refunded for the room, and just drove home that night. To top it off, while we were leaving the bldg., the fire alarm goes off, and it is 11:30 at night. Sorry for everyone else at the hotel. BUYER BEWARE, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. as a note the outside looks great, but once you get in looby, you can tell how old everything is CHEAP, CHEAP, CHEAP!

They told to go somewhere else because they were overbooked and they informed me of the situation at midnight while I was in line to get a car for transportation to their hotel. The room was prepaid but that did not matter, they had no room for me and they told me to go find a different place to stay for the night( a about 1:00 am after I got a car). I called and asked for a refund and was told that there was no one there who could help me. I have filled a dispute with my credit card company as it was my only option. Travelocity was also unresponsive.

Well the property is located in the heart of the ghetto and is not in a safe neighborhood. The pictures misleading, no whirlpool but stand up shower, refused to give refund for trip but willing for one night. The bathroom fixtures came apart, we had flies in the room. Could not sleep because of multiple arguing parties on other floors, no pool or breakfast, no additional towels, my son hurt himself while taking a shower because of broken handle on shower door. Poor water pressure, found previous renters Chinese food inside fridge,

The hotel is steady getting worse... I started staying there after the remodel about 6 years ago... I'm now thinking, I need to look at other options... The furniture is worn, the remotes are held together with painters tape, after you find them under the bed... So, was it cleaned??? Didn't appear so... The phone did not work at all... Had to call the front desk using my cell phone... Every key on the phone seemed like it had soda or something poured on it, and allowed to dry, and lock the buttons in place... With a hard push, they did break free, only to find that the phone did not work at all... Lights in the room were burnt out... The sheets were so wrinkled, that they looked like they were balled up... I'm not sure I've ever seen such poor sheets... The towl bar in the bathroom feel off the wall when I hung my towl on it... I booked a single king, handicapped accessible... The woman working the front desk questioned my disability, at check-in... After telling me that, if someone came in in a wheelchair, she would have to send them to the 7th floor, I told her to give me a non-handicap king room, that was not handicapped... I did inform her that, she was pushing the boundary of HIPPA laws by questioning my disability... I am disabled, and did not realize a wheelchair was required to book, and pay for the room you want... She stated they were almost full to capacity... There were no more than 15 cars on the entire property... I guess, do to covid..
