The rooms are dirty, one bed had comforter out of 2. Kids running down the halls screaming all hours of the night. Loud broken air conditioner. The shower leaks, toilet stinks, very dusty untouched room. I would not recommend anything but knocking this hotel to the ground.

Shabby, run down, trash on hall floors. Sheets not changed from previous occupant. Gave me room with someone already in it...twice. Hour & half later told nothing available.

Dead cockroaches in hallway. Broken light switches and lights in room. Carpet in hallway and common areas had foul odor, rips and stained. Standing water in ice machine area. Mold in shower stall.

The lady up front - Ms. Cheyenne was very patient and supportive when the three keys she gave me for my room didn't work. She called the worker to fix the lock and assigned me to another room when she realized the problem wasn't the keys. I have several concerns that you might want to address about the facilities. The air conditioner on the 7th floor elevator area was unplugged and seemed - well, unkempt. The elevator floors were dirty, sticky and hadn't been cleaned lately. The treadmill in the gym was broken, plugged in, but no lights would come on. The carpets in the hallways were quite dirty and could use a steam clean. On positive notes, the bed was comfortable, the shower and bathroom were nice and clean; the room was comfortable for the one night that I stayed. Outside, there was a bit of rubbish in the parking lot area, don't know if that is important but it gives a first impression that isn't exactly positive. Ms. Cheyenne was very very busy, but always courteous, she was helpful in finding a nearby restaurant, getting me assigned a room and helping other customers, sometimes two or three at a time who were lined up at the front desk. (Perhaps she was understaffed and someone called in sick) but she handled the stress very well. Kudos to her and the maintenance man who was fixing all the vending machines too. I couldn't get my receipt from the front desk because I booked through expedia - and the lady at the desk seemed terse about this upon checkout.
