Awful hotel! Worst ever! Roaches everywhere, bathroom full of mildew and hairs all over the place. Cigarette smell EVERYWHERE!! I do not recomend at all.

It was very convenient to getting on the expressway. The breakfast was pretty good. The hotel advertises as being smoke free but the halls and our room smelled like smoke. They need to replace the carpet and paint to get the smell out.

Walking distance to the light rail is the only positive - unfortunately there is nothing good to say - the whole property looks dirty and unkept - carpeting filthy - non working items in the room - remote control - hairdryer and the worst is the bed - almost wish I had slept on the dirty floor - would never stay here or recommend this hotel to any one. Not sure how it can have a comfort inn rating

Computers, key card makers, credit card readers were all non-functional when we tried to check in. Had to wait a while. Bathroom in room was not cleaned. Sink faucet leaked and was barely attached to the sink. Water was leaking in hallway outside of room. Hallway carpets had trash on them and were dirty. All in all, pretty terrible.

The ice machine was on the 6th floor, why not put it on the 3rd floor to be somewhat accommodating to the rest of the hotel. The shuttle service wouldnt allow us our coffee which had a lid, onto the shuttle. A little disappointing beings it was just purchased at Dunkin across the street. Hotel clerk was pleasant and check in was quick.
