This was be of the worst hotels I have been to. The customer service was nice but the hotel itself was not a great place to stay. The room was uncomfortably cold no matter what number the temperature was on. There was no comforter or blanket just some sheets, and they had stains on them already! My towels had some type of red substance on it and I had to go down stairs to get new ones. The TV remote didn’t even match the TV, the tv would turn off every hour or so because we didn’t use the remote but we were watching tv. There wasn’t any button on the remote to stop it either. Also the ice machine was broken on our floor so we had to go to another floor to use hat floor’s microwave and ice machine. Of course that microwave was disgusting and filthy to the point of no use. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone ! It’s not worth the stay nor the $50 they take every night you stay! If I could ask for a refund I would!

The hotel was great, the bed is super comfy , the only thing was my kid was hungry late night and the option were limited , and I paid for a cup Of cereal and milk 8.00 , for that piece I think we could have better options . And it doesn’t have parking , you have to paid extra 40dlls for one night !!!

The property was a bit small. Room Service was not as described in the menu in the room. Needed more trash buckets. Sheets had holes in them and the comforter was stained.
