The hotel staff was friendly & courteous and the hotel looked good. The room was a different story. To start, I was given an adjoining hotel room. Yes, my room was connected to some random person and there a locked door in between the 2 rooms...weird. The rooms are newly renovated but not properly cleaned. The metal bar on the towel-holder was dusty and had other residue on it. The blowdryer was FILTHY...it was sticky, loaded fingerprints, hair-product residue and HAIR all over the dryer. The back of the magnifying mirror was COVERED in a layer of dust. The inside of the shower had dried soap-suds splashed on the wall left by the last guest. There were napkins left on the desk by the last guest when they should've been removed during the cleaning. There's a communal/shared microwave for the whole hotel (in the lobby) because the rooms don't have their own microwave. There were fingerprints all over the microwave but no disinfectant-wipes to clean the appliance in between uses. That's risky during this Covid-19 pandemic. I had to buy my own disinfectant-wipes to wipe things down in the room. There's no trash cans surrounding the property so guests throw trash on the ground in the parking lot...that's an eyesore. Hilton corporation needs to change a few things in regards to housekeeping cleaning procedures inside the room. I have a housekeeping background and I've cleaned Operating Rooms. These rooms aren't being cleaned properly.

Andre was super kind and accommodating! In fact, everyone that I encountered was very pleasant. It’s my second stay here in the last 30 days, and the excellent customer service makes my choice a no brainer!

Due to Covid it’s easy to fear staying in a room where you don’t know anything about the previous occupant. My room had a Hilton Clean seal on the door and even the TV remote. This just made me feel much better. The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful and the staff were masked. I slept comfortably and felt like the Hilton was looking out for my well-being.

The out door seating area was very dirty. It was about 2 months past due for a pressure wash. The outdoor cushions were worn and faded.

Friendliest Hotel I've Stayed At

Pros: Extremely friendly and inviting.
As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with big smiles and cheerful hellos. Check-in and check-out were the smoothest and quickest I've experienced but it didn't feel like I was being rushed. The individuals behind the counter held continuous conversation with us throughout the check-in process and informed us of all amenities offered. There is a restaurant on site but if you would like to venture out, restaurants and activities are within a few minutes car ride. Would definitely stay at this hotel, again.
