This hotel appeared to be okay from the outside but the room was a completely different story! The refrigerator and a/c made loud noises all night long. The iron leaked water constantly during use and got all over my clothes. The shower head shot water out on the mirror, door, and floor. At night time, I heard two giant stink bugs on the ceiling. Then after laying in the bed I started itching really bad on my legs and arms. I did not see anything crawling on me but multiple bumps came up immediately after. I ended up sleeping on top of the covers with two towels under me while wearing jeans and a shirt in fetal position. I never write reviews for hotels because I've never any major issues with the hotels that I have stayed in but this hotel was really bad!! I only stayed for a night but save yourself the trouble and stay at another hotel. I expressed my concerns to management and showed them pictures of the bumps on my skin. I'm not sure if management did anything but regardless just refrain from staying at this hotel.

Will never stay there again. Room smelled like cigarettes. Toilet was dirty. I found hair in a towel. Amenities were minimal. Saw garbage right outside motel entrance. Not good.

Bathroom was not cleaned. Last guests used washcloths were still in bathroom and hair was clogged in the drain. A left over Beer box was in the fridge.

Not conducive to business customers

Pros: The people were friendly and helpful within the constraints of hotel policy.
Cons: More focus on customer satisfaction. Although, perhaps I am just not their desired demographic.
Location: Decent restaurants and movie theaters. A seasonal concert venue.
The hotel has a policy of only cleaning rooms every eight days, unless one is willing to pay $10. I have never known of such a policy in over thirty years of travel experience and six years in the hotel business. The system of heating and cooling seemed to be under hotel control during parts of the day and could not be adjusted. Although it was a extended stay hotel, I had to request eating utensils and ice trays, as they were not placed in the room. During my six night stay, four wake up calls were not received. Just unacceptable! No business center or independent access to a computer and/or printer. While I understand the need to keep rates low, the fact of cleaning every eight days and the lack of eating utensils in the room except upon request is a "penny wise pound foolish" approach to customer satisfaction. I will never stay at this hotel again and, if these policies are system wide, I will never stay at any of their hotels again.

Difficult to find, it is located behind the Hampton Inn, there is no sign in the street that would tell you it is there. The "breakfast" is minimal, and stand-up. Water for making tea or to make oatmeal was tepid, unusable.

Cons: An effort to clean
I stayed for 5 nights. The hotel room was never cleaned the entire time. No fresh towels. The bed linens had hair all over them. The lamps had hair all over them. The furniture was all damaged. The rest of the hotel was dirty. No information was provided about the area or hotel. The breakfast is a half sized muffin and a granola bar.

This hotel met my needs perfectly.

Pros: Quiet
My stay was more than I had hoped for. I needed a budget priced room and received a top quality stay for the budget price. The room was quiet and clean and offered a smal kitchen for my convenience. The staff was kind, attentive and helpful. All for a great price!!
