Paid to upgrade for free breakfast. All pictures show a buffet, but due to COVID they limited it to a single breakfast order off the menu. Not a great deal. Also, there was no pool or hot tub. This is more of a business hotel. Not great for families.

There was no pool. Odd. Was never told about about a hold fee. Charged at check in. Told would be refunded next day. Then next day told no cluld be up to 5 dags since booked thru 3rd party. Jen at check out was rude when we asked for a receipt. Told no because we booked thru 3rd party.
