The room did not look like the photos. Room needs painting etc. Non-smoking rooms reeked of smoke. There wasn’t a pull-out bed, as per online. Staff was accommodating to change rooms. Second room also smelled of smoke but not as bad.

I stayed two nights. The staff at the front counter were awesome. Checked me in quick and they were very friendly. The hotel seemed rather old and stained. Bedsheets and towels were clean but the walls and floors were stained and it had a slightly strange smell. I slept fine though.

The pictures of the site were not at all like what I encountered in person. On-site pics looked average and clean, everything in person looked dirty and not taken care of. The only reason, I didn't try to cancel after seeing my room was because I only needed accommodations for 1 night. The associate who checked me in wasn't friendly, didn't give complete directions of how to get to room, or mention any amenities about the residence. In the room, all the bedding (except for the top sheet) had stains on both beds. One bed had cigarette burns on the pillow cases. There was hair in one of the beds, on the sheets. The phone cord was cut, and not in working order. The ceiling and walls had several patched areas, and/or holes. The safety latch on the door was not completely attached to the door. The room was only booked for one night - I checked in late (around 5/6p, and checked out EXTREMELY early at 3:45/4a when I'd seen the 5th roach. On checkout I asked what, if anything, could be done. I was told by a different associate checking me out, I'd have to speak to a manager who be in in a few hours. I provided my info for a call, that I STILL haven't received 19 HOURS later!!! The pricing was super budget friendly, but I definitely see why now. Rodeway Inn apparently takes no pride in any parts of how this inn is run. This is the WORST hotel experience I've ever had - even though I spent less than 6 hrs total in the room overnight! I WOULD NEVER STAY THERE EVER AGAIN!!

Rats woke me and my children up at 2:30am. They were scratching the walls and squeaking loudly. I had to pack our stuff and get them dressed in the middle of the night as they were crying and scared. This hotel was dirty and the floors were sticky. There were bugs and it was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. No exaggeration. Prostitutes. Drugs being sold. I know sometimes reviewers, can be extreme, but this place was truly THAT bad.

This hotel is in very bad conditions and in a really bad area. The room was very smelly. Smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. The room had roaches. The bed was in a very poor condition. I will absolutely not recommend to anyone.
