I paid way more than the booked amount. I do not like bait and switching prices. Really disappointed. The price confirmation I got from you was $168 total. That’s everything including taxes. When I checked it they charged me $193.

The staff was lovely. But my impression was that they cut corners, trying to save money, on basics like an exterminator (huge roach in the hall), towels, and custodial service (lobby was dirty). The room was nice, but no pool. So the pool should be deleted from Travelocity info, since it was a selling point. One towel. And they actually had no more, when I checked.

Arrive to the room after dinner. This was small. I've never seen a hotel room that small before. I'm claustrophobic. There stains on the lamp shade that looked like food. To add insult to injury, the sink was clogged. I checked out and went to another hotel.
