The hotel is okay. My stay was short. The hotel could be cleaner. Especially the bathroom. Overall okay stay.

No services. No food. Closet doors both off track. Showers filthy and rusted. Rooms horribly outdated, worn out.

Horrible Hotel

Pros: front desk staff ok
Cons: the whole hotel
I would not recommend staying there we ran out of hot water, bed uncomfortable sheets dirts sheets too short. the bathroom ceiling near shower coming down, shower not clean. housekeeping came in at 830 even thought dnd sign up. the walls were so thin you can hear people in next room all night yelling loud very old crappy hotel

Convenient to Fairgrounds

Pros: Quiet, clean well appointed room, room service very accommodating
Cons: Some bathroom fixtures could use a little TLC. All fully functional.
Location: MD fairgrounds. Hotel has great map of area restaurants. Fabulous selections of eateries nearby. Try Ryleys if you love oysters try them grilled.
Came for an auction at the Fairgrounds. Hotel is very close to Fairgrounds.Nice facility. Room service very good and timely. The tip is included in the price. One of my waitresses told me that it wasn't. The desk staff returned my tip when I asked them about it. Try the Seafood Lovers Flatbread and the house made Key Lime Pie. If you can upgrade to business class. Free breakfast free drink daily. Will definitely return on next trip.

The hotel is a bit aged especially the rooms but the beds were comfortable. This big problem was the shower. When I turned the shower on, there was a white film on the water. It was disgusting, so I could not take a shower. When the water drained, the "film" accumulated on the shower drain. The staff's concern was more disappointing. I asked to speak to a manager but none was working yet. The Front Desk Supervisor seemed polite and offered a 50% discount. I was not happy because she downplayed the "film". I asked to speak to her boss (Director of Operations). He did call me once but I was in a meeting. I have since left three messages and am waiting for another call.
