Terrible Experience.

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Staff should be more helpful. It would have been easy for them to check my confirmation. I couldn't because WIFI didn't work. Refund money.
Had booked at a different Red Roof. Staff didn't not look it up, so I had to book twice for the same nights--and at a higher rate. Staff did not reimburse me. I was not able to look up my confirmation because WIFI did not work. Staff was not helpful.

Slept with my pepper spray

Cons: No free Internet, Noisy, ghetto, dirty
This hotel is in the worst area ever. I was scared to sleep here. Had to sleep with a chair infront of the door for my own piece of mind. The hotel says non-smoking but there were burn stains on everything! There was grafitti on the back of the bathroom door. The people in the room over sounded like they were having a huge party. We turned on the TV and the first thing to come on was definitely rated XXX! if i had kids with me I would have been appauled! Bed had blood stains or some other brownish stuff all over it. Slept with my hoodie over the pillow. The hotel managers barely spoke english and pretty sure they were living in the office which was also disgusting. No pool, and no breakfast.

It was ok

Pros: Close restaurants
Cons: Noisy
we booked a smoking room and when we got there we were booked for an non smoking but the cleark let us smoke anyway and the site said it came with a contenital breakfast and there was none

this is more like a motel de mala suerte

Pros: manager was understandable
Cons: bad area
is in downtown so is really getto. i was scare for my family and my safety, and since i didnt feel safe i spoke to the manager and he transfer me to econo lodge behind them. a lil better .it was just for one night so, i took that instead. but i dont recomend this places not even if u are traveling by yourself

What a dump!

Dirty, nasty & smelly. No breakfast. Front desk staff are living in the fitness area I believe. No batteries in TV remote. The room had not been cleaned. All rooms are smoking rooms... don't believe the non-smoking bit I checked it for bed bugs and found none, but I can't vouch for all the rooms. On the whole I would say that this is a flop house. I'd tell you what I really think but don't want to get sensored.

Horrible!!! Disgusting!!! A Flop House!!!

I am not a fussy or spoiled traveler: I have stayed at inns in third world countries, college dorms, you hostels as well as 5 star hotels in places like London, Paris, Rio, Bangkok, Hong Kong ... but this place was the WORST! Filthy, ugly, ... in a very bad part of town. My room smelled of mold and mildrew. The paint was chipping off. The bathroom tiles where cracked or chipped. The sink was full of cigarette burn stains. There were no lamps in the room whatsoever, just a cheap flourescent dim plastic ceiling fixture. Where there was once a small rectangular pool, was now filled with dirt! DO NOT STAY HERE! Run away from this place!!! It is one of the worst motels in the world! Please believe me!!

Do not stay here!

This was the apsolute worst hotel I ever tried to stay at! My friends and I tryed to check in about 10 mins after check in time and we were told our rooms would not be ready until the concert we were going to was over! So we think ok no big deal! Come to find out that the people gave away our rooms! We were stuck in the slums of baltimore with no where to go! Priceline did try to help us but than these people decided to start yelling and cursing at us, and saying things I will not repeat on this website! The place was discusting in more ways than one and I seriously suggest staying somewhere else! You will be sorry if you stay here!!
