Customer service was poor though the hotel was clean but i rather havebgood customer service than a clean place because the staff represents/is the face of the hotel. Will definitely not recommend it based on customer service experience as i am from a minority group and felt like i was not treated right.
Loud rooms, fridge was broken. Left personal items in my room and staff never got back to me about them

Disappointed with the kitchenette suite
We stayed at this property over new year. The male front desk staff weren’t friendly or welcoming at all. We had a two night break which was more expensive than other hotels in the areas but we chose this one as we needed a kitchen. The room wasn’t well maintained or equipped at all, a room that sleeps 4 had 2 bowls, 3 large plates and two side plates. We had to eat separately each morning and lunchtime. The cups were dirty on arrival as were the plates and spoons. The room is listed as having a dishwasher too, it doesn’t. Overall I wouldn’t stay again.
The renovated room was great!
Thought it was a bit much to charge for parking, have never paid for parking in the hotels along the main strip, especially when it was still outside.
