Beautiful hotel. It is new so the decor is modern and sleek. The room is super clean and comfortable, the bed us amazing and we loved the toiletries are from Rocky Mountains and provided in-shower (environmentally friendly is a plus). Parking is underground and spacious, and is located close to main avenue and all amenities and we got tickets to ride the transit. We really enjoyed everything

Booked a basic 2 bed room without the view but ended up with a room with a view which was absolutely stunning. Quite a bit of construction still going on but did not get in the way of the time spent there. Loved that they offered bus passes to downtown and to the gondola that was great saved us having to navigate our way around. Very friendly staff at the front desk dealt with the same girl checking in, collecting the free coffee to try, checking out and when booking the gondola. Made the staff at the hotel very enjoyable. Will definitely be back and hopefully for a little bit longer next time

Myself and 2 friends stayed 1 night and it was a good start but there were a couple issues that made our stay fall short of our expectations. We had paid for an extra person to stay in the room. Upon arrival, the room was not set up for 3 people: only 2 glasses, cups and bath towels. There were also dirty cleaning rags left scattered by the sink. We called the front desk and they said this would be corrected but no one ever came to drop off more glassware and take away their cleaning supplies. The next morning the room felt cold and the thermostat was turned off and had an open door icon on it. There were no open doors and we ended up leaving earlier than planned because it was chilly. Despite voicing my concerns at checkout, there was little effort made by Dan at the front desk to rectify the situation or compensate for the subpar experience.   The lack of attention to detail and Dan's dismissive attitude overshadowed any potential positives.
