Location not very good, 15 minute walk to nearest skytrain station. TV didn't work, reported but not attended to. Supplies insufficient. No dishwashing liquid or tea towel in the kitchen, I had to buy toilet paper. Difficult to contact or work out what staff I was dealing with. Is an independent rental within condominium complex, not a hotel

Do not book this hotel.
The GPS directions that the hotels.com app gave was to Floral blossom sathorn hospitality. We went in and was told my booking was not at this location. Mind you this was already 1am in the morning. We tried to look for this "160 chan rd" and it doesn't seem to exist. Tried calling hotels.com and was placed on hold numerous of times and my calls were disconnected 2 times. I had no choice but to leave the property and look for another hotel. By far the worst experience I have had booking a hotel. I am writing this at another hotel that I was able to find at this hour. Will be calling hotels.com for a full refund of this booking and see what they will do for compensation due to the poor customer service.

Il est clair qu'il faille savoir l'anglais (ou google trad). Toute la communication se fait par whatsapp (donc attention au forfait). Mais toutes les infos sont données bien avant l'arrivée pour bien s'organiser. A toutes mes questions j'ai une reponse. On ne rencontre personne mais les échanges whatsapp sont rapides et cordiaux. Chambre propre. Bassin pour les enfants qui va bien. Coin café dans le condominium de 8h à 20h. Tip top.
