This hotel was amazing. My room was amazing. I stayed in the wood element room; was very spacious and the view was spectacular. It was everything I wanted, plus more. Amazing customer service and amenities were a plus. The only thing I would ask is that a full body mirror is placed in the rooms. I definitely recommend this hotel, and I will definitely come back again. Also, the rooftop pool and bar…I loved it. I love, love, loved this hotel. I am happy with my selection.

Arty building aging with some shabby decline. Lobby toilets have a … curtain! Tiles and walls are peeling a bit. There great views out over the park but the windows are not very clean. The open air pool is beautiful but the water was too cold for any of the instagrammers splashing in for a selfie and then jumping back out. We came over Christmas and I asked for help wrapping a small gift. The staff offered nothing, not even blank paper. Seems a lot to charge for a run down place with 3 star service.
