Waited 45 minutes at the airport for shuttle pickup. Young lady at front desk unhelpful and dismissive. Unable to schedule shuttle back to airport on Sunday despite this being advertised as one of the hotel amenities. Allegedly coordinated with Fairfield in for a pick up for me. This shuttle never showed and ended up using Uber to get back to the airport. Should have selected a different hotel
