This hotel has lots of positives; super modern, great breakfast, cosy beds and v clean. Staff lovely. Hotel itself is great. Only issue is the area; you can walk to many sights within 20 mins which is great BUT if you literally turn right out of the hotel doors the area is super unsafe with many people sleeping rough and lots of police. If you turn left and head straight towards Las Ramblas it is fine but at night directly next to hotel feels uncomfortable. Just mindful with a family that I would say area did not make us feel safe and next time I would rather stay away from south of Las Ramblas. The hotel door even remains locked so they must aware of area not being ok. Shame as hotel itself is lovely and modern for a short break.

The property is perfectly located, staff is wonderful, and rooms are simple and comfortable. The area where the hotel is located seems sketchy, but it isn't. Just not as nice as some other parts of town. Again, the location can't be beat!
