The positives are it's clean, modern, and had good service. The negative is the room was facing a traffic circle and it was very loud which made it tough to sleep. Maybe rooms in another part of the hotel would not have that problem so I would avoid rooms on the "A" side.

As long as you know what you are getting...

Pros: It had two rooms, a living room and a small kitchen. They held our luggage when we arrived early. They made an appointment for a taxi to pick us up.
Cons: The walls were scuffed up. Wish we had a better television selection. Does not keep out noise well from the outside or other rooms.
Location: One way from the hotel is industrial and the other way is a small mall and a small plaza in which many people come out to socialize in the evening.
We were disappointed about the location of the hotel. To make it to Catalunya stop or Las Ramblas, it was a 25-30 minute walk and then Metro ride. At first we went to the Metro that was through the industrial area and did not have much to present to visitors and was a little disconcerting to people who did not know the area. At the very end, we discovered a Metro stop the other was which was through shops and a little plaza. Taking the Metro, three people attempted to pick pocket me. Bothered me for the next two days. If you want to be by Las Ramblas, close to the airport or the cruise line, this may not be the best place to go. Each taxi ride was 30-40 Euros. But in terms of giving space for a reasonable price, this would be a place to consider--as long as you do not mind the sketchiness of the area and can put up with the noise. The employees were very polite.
