Nice hotel well centered

Pros: centrally located
Cons: I think the logo says if you are not satisified we will make it right. It didn't happen
Location: no comment
Had to call for bar soap and a sheet 3 times. It took my having to speak to the supervisor to get what I needed...

Unbelievable bilingual and caring service

Traveling - again - with teenager for tennis related activities, so this was part vacation, part sports trip.  Due to time difference and a language barrier, couldn't confirm arrangements prior to leaving.  Gemma at the front desk made the calls and arrangements for me!  I sincerely don't know what I would have done without her.  Everyone who I have dealt with are so real and so helpful.  Completely exceeded my expectations.  Room was very large for a European hotel, modern and very clean.  Staying on concierge floor, food is really good and always available.  Well done, and thanks again!!

Fantastic stay

My husband and I stayed here for two nights prior to departing on a cruise. It was fantastic. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. There was shopping and the university close by which meant it was a lively neighborhood. Also very easy to get to the center of the city either by public train or private taxi.
