Perfect Spot for our family getaway
Couldn’t have asked for a better spot and a more easy process. We come to the Roaring Fork Valley every fall and love every inch of the place. This place was the perfect location for us to go to hot springs, see friends in Carbondale and Aspen while also spending great family time in Basalt. Close to parks, trails, fishing, food, you name it! Our daughter loved being near the river and meals were easy to prepare in the open, stocked kitchen. Grateful to be able to enjoy our trip from such a beautiful location.

Perfect spot!
This condo was such a great stay. It was a great size for just us 2 or possibly one more if they dont mind sleeping on the sofa. It is a loft condo! which is very neat but not great for privacy if you have extra persons. The design and style was modern and sleek. It was very clean. The access was very easy. It was very quiet. The river is literally out the back patio door! We spent a good amount of time out there. Things I would have liked to have known. There is a skylight which is cool but it means when the sun is up, its up haha. The pillows are feather pillows which super comfy but not great for allergies! The AC is a window AC which works but is taped in and made us nervous to maneuver. It is right across from the school and walking distance to the park, 7/11 and old town basalt. Right down the road from Roaring fork club and only 15-20 min from all other towns you may want to check out. Overall it was a great stay. We would love to come back and stay again!

Perfect Location, Perfect Size, Perfect Price
Wife and I stayed here for a long weekend. It was the perfect location right on the river. Close to Aspen and all of the areas we wanted to visit. The price was amazing! It was a very large one bedroom, that was well appointed. The host was amazing and let us check in early. We will definitely be back next year!

comfortable + river + location = WONDERFUL place
We loved staying here; everything was arranged to make us comfortable! The owner was very accessible and very helpful. Being able to hear and see the river at close range made it especially relaxing.

just a note
I wanted to message the host directly but could not figure out how to do that. We really enjoyed our stay and would like to stay again. However, it ended on a sour note. The check out time is 11am. We decided to go for a walk before we left. We returned at 10am. The housekeeper had already entered the property and the front door was unlocked. We had cash, credit cards and other valuables still in the unit. Not cool!!
