First of all, the front desk clerk was rude. The first room they gave us was not cleaned. The blankets were in the floor and the pillows were all over the room. Went back downstairs and was given another room. The second room was made up, but was not clean. There were pubic hairballs in the bathroom. Yes, multiple balls of black pubes. There were also pubic hairs in the “clean” towels. The toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall. The smoke detector was missing and there was a hole in the ceiling where it should have been. A wire was hanging out of the wall. The deadbolt on the door didn’t work. The microwave was rusted out on the inside. Thick layers of dust on everything. Blue painters tape holding the cabinet doors shut. The freezer was fully iced over. Probably hasn’t been defrosted since before I was born. There was also something smeared into the carpet. Giant dead skin flakes in the corner of the room. The AC grill was missing. Someone’s lunch was sitting on the floor in the hallway. Rooms full of junk were everywhere with the doors wide open to the hallway. Travelocitys customer service was less than stellar, I was able to get a full refund but the hotel had to approve the refund first. Had to deal with the rude girl at the desk again who offered me a third room. I had already booked elsewhere. Not safe. Not clean. Rude staff. Do not stay here!
