First, the staff was very responsive and resolved our issue quickly. They were great. But we shouldn’t have had to switch room’s because our mattress smelled like urine.

We were not able to get enough towels for everyone in the room, they were completly out of wash cloths, we had to buy some from Walmart. There was roaches in the room, the tv worked on and off and they never ran the pump in the swimming pool,last place I used my debit card and now I have fradulant charges on my account that I'm dispuiting!!!! NEVER EVER WILL WE STAY THERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
