When I went to check in the front desk person tells me they require an additional $200 for incidentals. I informed him that nothing was mentioned about this and that i didn't have another $200 nor did I have anywhere else to stay. He made a phone call then reiterated that I would not be checked in without paying the $200. He then told me that Expedia would be responsible for my refund. I was basically left on the street for the night. That's a scam!

Horrible! Outdated. Unsafe feeling. Roaches were more bold than the people. So horrible I left immediately and went to another hotel.

The room was awful... the staff were no help when I asked to change rooms I even offered to down grade my room cuz it was awful you couldn’t even fit in the bathroom the shower curtain wouldn’t even close all the way I had water everywhere and had no room to dry off or change clothes... the TV had wires everywhere and The AC didn’t even blow cold... but they couple standing right next to me for offered to upgrade their room and I couldn’t even down grade.. they had no extra towels available because apparently they did not wash any that day and the breakfast was awful and it was cold.... my room had stained furniture and sticky carpet... And cracks and holes in the doors... that was not helpful in anyway kept telling me they were going to help me and never did I will never stay there again it was awful...

The rooms were very run down, electrical plugs hanging from the walls, sheets didn't even fit the beds, furniture all scratched up and old, holes in the walls. This place is in DESPERATE need of a facelift!! WiFi didn't work either..

This is my second time staying at this property. Normally the stay is great, however this time my TV did not work. When I called the front desk basically I was told by the desk clerk she couldn’t help me. Since I booked through a separate site, there was nothing she could do. It was late, so I didn’t bother getting upset. I’ll just book else where next time.

For over $250 a night this place surely disappoints! Who has full size beds anymore? The bathroom and carpet was very worn and in need of serious updating. Also no elevator for second floor? How can that be? Haven’t seen the breakfast buffet yet so not sure how that’s going to go but I’ll say the score on the Travelocity site is WRONG! Don’t trust their ratings!
