So, my husband and I had a reservation for Garth Brooks on Sat. April 30th. We made the reservation back in January. We got there to check in but they said our reservation was cancelled because someone extended their stay. I never received an email about cancelation. I think they were money gouging people. We were not the only reservation they cancelled according to other reviews. Hotels for same day rates were over $350. It is a breach of contract to cancel someone’s reservation. The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Terrible customer service at front desk. They will not be getting our business ever again.
