Not worth the hassle
The apartment is designed beautifully and it is new, however it is also unfinished. The walls are not painted and the floors are unfinished. This resulted in a white chalk-like substance on my luggages. Some of the fixtures in the bathroom are not installed properly which resulted in them falling off the wall when I used it. The counter top is also not sealed and the balcony is unfinished and doesn't appear safe if you are traveling with children.
There was no one onsite to assist me when I arrived. I tried calling the contact number for clarification on the instructions they provided me and no one answered.
I requested the wifi password and it took them over 12 hours to get back with me.
For two days, someone was drilling or doing construction directly over my unit. Additionally, when it was time to check-out I couldn't not get to the parking garage using the elevator so I had to stop on the first floor and carry my 3 luggages down to the garage.
Additionally, my card information was stolen after making the deposit they require you to make off the hotels.com or expedia platform.
