Staff was very friendly and helpful. However there is a stinch to the entire building..our room had empty pop cans ,bottle caps and dirty socks left from previous occupants.

The hotel was totally unsatisfactory. We had blood stained sheets. We asked for new sheets and comforter and never got them for a 4 day stay. we never received room cleaning or new towels. we asked for service but only got lip service. would not go back. I sent a message off to corporate and never got a response.

Our family was attending a two day event on Parris Island. Initially everything was great, very clean and welcoming.The rooms were spacious enough to accommodate six very comfortably. For breakfast we had a very good variety and being that we had very early mornings it was very convenient...Our problems didnt begin until our last day there. We left around 0615 for graduation , we loaded our big items in our vehicles so thay we didnt have a lot as we had anticipated coming back to the rooms before we began our road...Check out is at 1100 we all made it back around 1010-1015 and noticed that all four rooms had already been stripped and were being cleaned...Our personal belongings were know longer in the rooms and when asked for several items NOBODY had any idea of where our items were...I spoke with the assistant manager which very confidently says her staff has been working there for a long time and would not have taken our things, being that people don't usually come down to check out they felt we had left. I explained that I had requested a late check out which they had told me at the time I checked in would have to be done the morning of check out, it was denied. So why would "they" begin cleaning our rooms that still had personal items well before 1000. When I asked for the manager and my daughter went through the rooms with the housekeepers items started showing up. Including the glasses that had been in question since we came back,we also pulled clothes from the garbage.
