Trash and we had to move 3 different times and they locked us out our room at 2:30am when we returned to our room all cause of there mistake

Well, it was quite and relaxing, but a lot of renovations like the spa closed the bar closed wanted to just check in not move and have it all...but.....

Under Construction

Pros: They did finally transfer us to the Tower side and it at least had carpeting in the hall ways.
Cons: I understand the flooding but you need to disclose that the facility is currently under major construction.
The entire hotel is currently under construction from Hurricane Harvey. The website does not disclose this. We were first put into the "cabana" part of the hotel and the halls ways had no carpeting, just concrete floors. The walls were down to the studs about a foot up the wall.

Everything you need for a great stay

Pros: Best were amazing - linens were plush and comfortable. Staff is so nice and accommodating.
Cons: Parking is difficult - I travel alone so like to park near an access but the majority of the parking is at the back of the building.
The only reason I didn't rate at the top is due to the older building, parking lots and some equipment such as the room air conditioners. Other than that - MCM has everything you need to have the most comfortable experience possible.

Anonymous, Thanks for your review and for the 4 stars...Parking can be difficult here at times, especially if you are arriving while banquets are going on etc...I do recommend that the next time you stay with us, and parking is an issue that you can feel free to utilize our security staff or Bellmen to escort you to and from your vehicle.
