We enjoyed our stay at this apartment! It was perfect for what we needed it for. Very close to Fayetteville and the national parks! Will stay again!

Convenient... but had some issues
We had an ok stay here. It was close to everything we wanted to do and at a good price. Pros: 1. Good temperature control - baseboard heat and window ac units in each bedroom and the living area. 2. Everything was neat and clean. 3. Extra towels and wash clothes available in cupboard. 4. Standard appliances: fridge/ freezer, microwave, 5c drip coffee pot, toaster 5. Large TV with decent number of channels. 6. Lots of comfy seating. 7. Beds and pillows are comfortable. 8. Parking available for 2 vehicles. There were some things though that I would have liked to know ahead of time. Cons: 1. Broken blinds in front bedroom. There was no way to have privacy as the blinds were broken to the point that people could see in. The window AC unit also had to have the blinds up to be used, which exposed part of the ground floor window. This was unsettling. 2. Upstairs neighbor was extremely loud late until the night (230am). It was pretty intense how loud the sounds were that were coming from the above unit. We had poor sleep because of it. 3. Bathroom door doesn't close 95% of the time. It pops open about 1-2 inches. It would occasionally stick shut if you messed with it, but must of the time it didn't matter what you did, the door would pop open. 4. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms could not be used due to shaking violently when on. 5. Living Room light bulb is broken and can't be removed/ replaced 6. Parking is rough. The road is very narrow and getting into the space for parking was really tough in my truck. My sisters sporty Honda Civic didn't have it much easier. 7. No mirrors in bedroom. The only mirror (getting ready space) was in the bathroom. This made things a little complicated. 8. No trash can in bathroom or bedrooms. 9. No closet in 2nd bedroom. And nothing to set my bag on, it just had to sit in the floor. 10. No bathroom fan. The walls were thin and the door wouldn't close so not having a fan meant that everyone in the house can hear, well, everything. 11. Limited electrical outlets. It was hard to charge phones or have other devices plugged in. 12. Unsanitary bath mat in tub. It's a weird plastic mat with plastic loops on it that looks pretty... dirty. Again, the place was ok for what we needed, I just wish the above things were noted before hand. I'm not sure I would rebook this place.

Quaint place
It was a cute but no frills place for my family to stay for the weekend. Parking wasn’t great and we had trouble connecting to the WiFi, but it was pretty clean and we liked being able to cook a couple meals there.

Appeared clean but had an odor that indicated otherwise with multiple room air fresheners in a very small space. Bedroom doors have to be kept open if you want any cool air for sleeping which is supplied from the small window A/C in the front room.

Great stay.
Great all around, nice enough area and conveniently located near attractions like the New River Gorge bridge. Very clean and comfortable. Thick towels. We didn’t see a washer/dryer in the downstairs unit (A) we didn’t really need it, but I thought it was listed. We would definitely recommend the property and would stay again.

The original apt we wanted had an issue so we were sent to another one.
I was very concerned that the dryer vented into the house, not to the outside. For the price it was a decent stay. Bonus was the the neighborhood cats that created us. My daughter LOVES cats.

Clean and comfy
Looked just like the pictures! It was clean and comfy, and my kids loved it. It was perfect for an overnight stay, more space and privacy than a hotel room with 3 kids. The only issue I had was that I didn't receive the code to get in until I called the owner. They took care of it immediately! I'll be staying here again if available!
