Definitely never returning. Arrived at the hotel after 3 pm after travelling since 6 am. I was told the room is not ready which is definitely not acceptable. We had to escalate this to get another room. Ended up in a room less than what I booked. It ruined my whole stay and I will never return as I've never experienced this at any hotel before

I have been to Beijing twice now. I stayed at Wanda Vista Beijing, formerly Sofitel. With the new brand, they have increased their service quality. Staff are accommodating, they always have English speaking staff available, and you can really tell that everyone has been trained to provide quality service to clients. Great gem.

The staff was outstanding especially Johanna at the desk. She was so helpful, courteous, and friendly! The concierge which I believe was named Norbert was extremely helpful in many ways.
