Hotel in hell

Pros: Absolutely nothing!
Cons: Everything and their manners
Location: Noisy location and far from everything except taxi.
Food taste horrible and very expensive , staff takes so long to serve food, after placing an order I waited for hour 5 minutes to be served with a pasta order. Breakfast tasted horrible , the mattress on the bed is old and very hard to sleep on, I had sleepless nights through out my stay. They charged and tax you for everything except the air you breathe . Swimming pool is very dirty, the toilet clugs up so easily , the television barely works and all in Portuguese . The bathroom full with old towels and staff have no manners.

This was a true 5 STAR Hotel

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet
Cons: no place close for dinner
Without a doubt this was the best Hotel ever. The staff went above and beyond every day and the room was spotless. We stayed here a week and a half and every day they treated us like we had just walked in the door. English was a little difficult but they had a couple people that spoke good enough to understand everything. The only problem out of the whole deal is the GYM on the top floor. Every morning and evening someone would be on the treadmill and for the next 30 minutes or so the walls would shake and you would have to listen to a thump - thump - thump - thump we were 2 floors down and it was still very annoying. They asked us if we wanted to relocate to a different room as soon as they understood what we were trying to say, but by then we only had a couple days left. The swimming pool on the rooftop is amazing it wraps around the building and you can just lye there and watch the stars. I wish every Hotel I stayed in was just like this in fact they should make this Hotel the standard for all Hotels..
