Nicest hotel in the city

Pros: The staff, the elegance, the location, the pool/lake area.
Cons: The air conditioning.
Location: It is located right at the end of town, which is 1 minute down the road. The shopping area and restaurant area are right there.
This is the most beautiful and best hotel in Bellagio. The views are gorgeous, the pool area is beautiful, and the staff is excellent. It is 1 minute from the center of town. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone going to that area. I would also say that to fully appreciate it, you must have a lake view.

La Dolce Vita Completa

Heavenly ambience. Not as stiff and formal as Villa d'Este, but just as elegant. Breakfast is one of the best in Europe. Gym facilities are THE BEST HOTEL FACILITIES IN EUROPE. String quartets at night relaxing in one of the many exquisite salons, or on the decks while looking over the lake. Concierge service is superb. Restaurants are very good, if expensive. The town is charming and has some of the best gelato in Italy. They treat return travelers as good friends, not just clients. For a Californian, it is close enough to Milano to stay here while attending the Fiera.
