Room, hotel wasn’t that nice the way it was on y’all’s pics,,location not so good,, to many homeless people outsid made it look very trashy,,, wouldn’t stay their again,,,,

black mold in the bathroom, dirty items left from previous customer, vacuuming/cleaning loudly at 11pm, advertised as queen beds & changed to doubles after booking the reservation. horrible experience. checked out immediately and luckily was able to get a refund through Hotels.com

Room not cleaned upon arrival, 7 hrs after checkin
Arrived at the hotel at 10pm and was told that my room wasn't ready yet - it hadn't been cleaned.....even though check in is 3pm. Frustrating that after 7 hrs they couldn't figure out how to make time to get my room cleaned, so they waited until I arrived. Then I had to wait until they cleaned it. Once in the room it was ok, the fridge door wouldn't close and was shut off so it was clear someone was aware however it hadn't been taken care of. Quick, last minute cleaning caused the sink top to get missed-it's marbled so it's hard to see however you could feel the residue. At check in I left my number for the general manager to call me when he came in the next day, I hadn't received a call. As luck would have it the next day our key card wouldn't work so I went to the front desk to get a new one and was told that "They already checked out" I asked, who is they because that's my room? He informed me again that "They checked out of the room just a little while ago" I informed him that he checked out the wrong person and I would like a new key.....no apology on his end. I asked for his name and he was the general manager that I never got a call from! I voiced my frustrations with him and in return again I had no apology, just excuses. He did ask what I want from him in return for my "20 minute wait" to have my room cleaned. He did not try to offer a solution as someone should when working in customer service.....that is a big part of your job. In the end he did refund my stay.
