So the first thing i noticed when i got to ky room no garbage cans. Then went to turn on the TV no batterys in remote. Went to front besk they had no batterys. Then had 2 queen beds only 1 pillow on each one. No extras. Then no blankets on the bed. The room needed a nice dusting.

The property was very, very dirty. Our room bedding had not been cleaned, our chairs had brown marks on them, our mattress had stains on the sides. we asked to be moved and they could not accommodate due to no housekeeping to clean the rooms. We don’t get to travel often, being on a tight budget and having three kids. We were really looking forward to this. The pictures are nothing at all like the actual property.

Part of my choice was based on that fact that breakfast was supposed to be included. It wasn't. I'd like a $25 refund.

We have stayed at this motel before but it has definitely gone down since our last visit. The carpet was extremely stained and dirty. Bathroom faucet was nearly impossible to pull on/off. No daily maid service to tidy up or replace dirty towels. Upon leaving, we looked under the bed to make sure we hadn't left anything and found a dirty pair of women's underwear...so gross.
