All was cool. I needed a no-frills place to crash for the night and I found what I was looking for. If I need a crash pad in the area again (and that’s quite likely) I would not hesitate to book a room at Autumn Inn again.

The picture shown is the office and residence of the owners. Units are across the parking lot and show their age. Units are in need of updating/renovating or demolish and start fresh.

It's a no frills kind of place. I needed a place for the night & it suited my needs. I wouldn't stay longer than one night as the beds were uncomfortable in my opinion. Also I checked in on my birthday & when I handed my ID to the clerk they didn't say Happy Birthday. Not that it's a big deal. Just would've been nice.

The hotel allows pets and is less than an hour from mount snow (approx 40 min). The room is outdated, the outlets are painted over the same color as the wall so they’re hidden and in inconvenient locations, the bathroom is in disrepair, the mattress is in need of replacement, topped with exactly 2 non-fluff cheap pillows for the king bed. There was exactly 2 towels for a four day stay. If you want to take a shower a day you use the same 1 towel, which is not easy to use a damp towel to dry off. The shower itself has sliding doors that kept popping off the sliding rack so we had to keep fixing the door; the paint was peeling off of the tiles and there was no complimentary bodywash and no hair dryer in the room so I had to walk outside in 0° to ask for a hairdryer and was given one with a deposit. The heat was turned off for 2 days until we found the hidden heater, and the parking lot had garbage strewn about that we had to keep our dogs from eating it. There was literally no trash cans to be found to put the dog poop bags in. The tv is small and the cable glitches, netflix kept buffering so using your data is easier. When asked for a late check out we offered money up to the cost of the room for another night but staying only a few hours, the family declined saying they are booked. “Booked” equals eight cars in the parking lot for 32 rooms. We felt so uncomfortable by the family we recorded the room condition before we left. Positive? The water heats up fast.
