Quiet little home surrounded by opportunity

A calming place to return to after a day filled with whatever sort of day you created. Our little, newly renovated home has everything you need to make a meal, enjoy a show and crash at night. The back yard is partially finished. We look forward to more finishing touches in the future to make the space a more relaxing and refreshing spot once it is complete! Whether you are touring wineries, restaurants, rivers, mountains, shops, or just our little spot, you will find all within 30 minutes away.
Although close to the Tri-Cities, you can also enjoy all the small town feels Benton City has to offer. You’ll be minutes away from a walking trail, park, downtown and library as well as a quick drive to the boat launch, grocery store and Red Mountain wineries.

Overall, a nice place. A little overpriced but these places often are. WIth the horrible economy, prices need to start coming down. We were disappointed that we were charged extras but did not receive receipts or invoices as to costs.
